Homeschool Support
Here are some resources that may help you with your children's education.
If you come across more, please share them with us.
Home Education Association
The HEA is a non-profit volunteer association that was formed in April 2001 by Colleen Strange and Philip Strange.
HEA aims to encourage and promote the practice of home educating in Australia and to provide members
with benefits which would be difficult to obtain by individuals or smaller groups.
Becoming a member of the association is one way in which you can support this Australia-wide initiative to promote
the practice of home education and gain access to many benefits that might otherwise be unobtainable.
Other Support Groups/Networks
Note that we do not endorse any of the websites. You should visit and/or subscribe with caution. Some may charge joining fees.
Philosophies may vary from group to group. We do not guarantee that any one group has or is made up of homeschoolers that
- use A.C.E. or any particular resource;
- share or are open to any particular religious belief;
- share or are open to any particular view of home education, registration, or Government compliance.
We welcome your feedback and suggestions for networking groups in Australia or elsewhere.
