Sheree's 20 years of experience in the early childhood profession, leadership skills and pedagogical knowledge aids our families by providing advice and guidance so they can make informed decisions.

Sheree believes that all children have a desire to learn, and our role as educators, (parents being the first and most important educators), is to pique their curiosity and provide them with experiences and opportunities to develop to their full potential. She has a passion for the education of the next generation and is grateful to be able to do so, by supporting parents in using the A.C.E. resources.

Sheree believes that knowledge alone does not guarantee success, but that other intangible attributes, such as resilience, persistence, positive attitude and patience, are also important. One of the benefits of the A.C.E resource is the character traits that are included throughout. She looks forward to using her educational research and knowledge to support families in using A.C.E., an educational resource with a biblical worldview, with their children.

Sheree brings to the team her experience as a former A.C.E. student, who continued onto tertiary studies and into the education profession as a teacher. She taught for several years at Christian private schools in Sydney, NSW, before moving into the incredible and fulfilling role as a mother.

Grace is one of our New Zealand team members, but loves interacting with families from across the Accelerate community. She trained as a primary school teacher in the New Zealand State Schools system. Towards the end of her training, she heard of a course where she could learn about Christian Education. From that time, her direction was clear. She undertook the course and then spent a few years teaching in Christian schools, supporting parents, as they sought to fulfil their God-given responsibilities. Now, she fulfils a similar role as one of our Support Services team members, supporting parents in their roles as homeschool educators.

Having homeschooled her own four children, Grace knows the day-in-day-out pressures that families face. She also knows the joys homeschooling can bring! Her advice? It's a marathon, but you can do this! Looking back, she knows that time in prayer is just as important as time in lesson preparation. She also has a love of Maths and is often the 'go-to' support person, when a child gets really stuck with a Maths problem.

Vanessa shares her knowledge of A.C.E as a Supervisor in a school setting and as a home schooling mother to supporting New Zealand families from ​enquiry to enrolment to applying for MOE exemption to beginning their home schooling journey. For over 8 years, Vanessa has been faithfully homeschooling her 3 children using the A.C.E. resources.  She and her husband Matt believe that when God calls you to it, He will see you through it. Vanessa grew up with the teaching of her father constantly reminding her and her siblings that education is the only treasure they can pass on to them, and a treasure that no one can take away from you.  Education is very important, and she believes that homeschooling works.

As Christians they strive to instill Godly character in their children, hoping they can help to nurture their children’s spiritual, intellectual, physical and emotional growth. Her desire is to help to support and encourage other home educators like herself.  She was trained as a supervisor in the A.C.E. program. With her accounting, computer design and organization experience, she wants to continue her passion through Accelerate to assist parents in leading their children’s education and trusts that the gift of a Biblical foundation is a great blessing than anything this world can give.
