Membership Fees and Costs
Supporting parents in fulfilling their God-ordained role, through homeschooling their children, is our key focus. We are a very dedicated, enthusiastic and experienced team who support families across the South Pacific region, including Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia and other countries. See Our Services - Benefits of Membership page for a full list of services available to all our member families.
Access to one-on-one support from our team means access to experienced homeschooling parents and educators, who have personally used the A.C.E. resources.
We offer assistance with government registration in each state/territory within Australia and with the MOE in New Zealand. We provide detailed information and assist parents in putting together learning programs/plans. Our program template cross references each State's requirements with the A.C.E. Resources, as well as ideas to fill in any gaps.
We provide new families with a Parent Training Kit, which takes you through everything you need to know about getting a homeschooling area setup, the A.C.E. procedures and assessment processes. The kit includes: Parent Training manual and workbook, PACE Scope & Sequence document, Assessment Manual, Homeschool Program Ideas, Services Information booklet and SCEE Webstore Catalogue.
We have a myriad of resources on our website that you can source for academic support. You can also ask us questions as you go. If academic support is required, we can recommend a good tutor to you.

Additional Costs
A.C.E. Resources
All A.C.E. resources are purchased separately through the SCEE Webstore. Ongoing costs for PACE workbooks, per child, are roughly between $200-$350 AUD per quarter/term. Each child requires their own copy of each PACE workbook on their study pathway. PACE Score Keys can be used for subsequent children (only needing to be replaced when updated by A.C.E.).
These costs are influenced by postage charges, exchange rate fluctuations, and extra resources that you may want or need as well as the PACEs.
Returning Resources
Purchased materials can only be returned if they are in a re-sellable condition.
Please see the SCEE Returns Policy for details.
Cancellation of Membership
For families wanting to withdraw, following completion of their initial 12-month commitment period, cancellation of membership must be made in writing via email or registered letter.
We request one (1) month's notice of cancellation, prior to the renewal date (end of June or December).
Please note that for any child with a registered graduate certificate pathway, your family must remain a member with us for the full duration of their studies, until they complete their certificate. Families who cancel their membership, or are withdrawn due to overdue fees, forfeit their child’s ability to obtain the graduate certificate they are registered for. This is a member only service.
