Certificate Applications

Application Requirements

Please make sure you have completed the following before submitting a certificate application:
• All PACE work has been completed
• All test results have been submitted via our website
• All required moderation has been received and moderated
• Required final PACE tests have been mailed in for moderation, at least two weeks prior to certificate application submission
• All other required evidence of learning (eg. external certificates of completion) has been emailed to us

End of Year Submission Deadlines

For families wanting to obtain a graduate certificate for their child by the end of this calendar year, to use it for tertiary education or university entrance applications, the deadlines are as follows...

Final Test Results: Sun 18th Oct, 2026 | Application Deadline: Sun 25th Oct, 2026 | Application Moderation: Mon 26th Oct, 2026

The Application Moderation due date is only for PACE tests completed after the Moderation #3 Submission date - that is for moderation on final PACE tests. This would be roughly three PACE tests per course/subject. Please ensure you have already submitted all other PACE tests for moderation by the quarterly due dates, throughout the year, to avoid delays. If large amounts of tests are sent at once, an additional fee will be charged and this will cause delays in certificate application processing. All moderation must be completed before a certificate application can be processed.

Graduate Certificate: $100 AUD
Postage: Australia $30 AUD | Other Countries: Calculated and included in your invoice

A Certificate is issued with the following documents:

• List of items in the folder
• Certificate
• Letter from the Managing Director of Accelerate Educational Ministries
• Explanation of A.C.E.
• Transcript
• Scope & Sequence (Excluding: Additional Elective Courses)
• Name Tag
• Ad eundum statum Letter from Universities New Zealand (NZ Level 3 Endorsed Certificates)

PLEASE NOTE: Payment MUST be received before your certificate can be processed. You will be invoiced from SCEE once the certificate application is successful. Postage costs will be included.
Payment must be made as per the details on the invoice, as this includes personalised shipping costs.
