Accelerate Awards Application Form
Use this form to apply for end-of-year awards. Awards MUST BE applied for and are not automatically issued. The Award Application opens Sunday 14th December and closes Friday 19th December, by 12pm midday.
Applying for Awards
Read our Awards Information pdf, noting the requirements for each award to determine which ones your child qualifies for.
Submit one form per child by filling in the form below, then click the 'Submit' button.
Options for Presentation
Awards will be emailed out to all parents in full colour, as a PDF format, regardless of attendance at either of our celebrations.
In-person: We will present the awards to your child live at our in-person celebration event. We will pre-print these and have them ready for presentation.
Online: We will give an honorary mention to your child during our online celebration, and give time for you to present them with the award. You will need to pre-print these on paper or cardstock of your choosing.
Applications for Awards are now closed.
Verification Process
For the Academic and Scripture awards, our team will verify whether your child has met the requirements for the awards, by checking our records of their test results and scripture passages memorised.
For the Character and Diligence awards, our team will use the information you provide in the application to prepare these awards.
